Supporting Wellbeing Through Breathwork
As part of our ongoing wellbeing programme, colleagues at Magna Park recently took part in a guided breathwork session focused on promoting calm, focus and positive wellbeing at the start of the working week.
The session provided teammates with practical breathing and mindfulness techniques designed to help reduce stress, improve concentration and encourage a greater sense of balance during the workday.
Research continues to highlight the positive impact of mindfulness and structured breathing exercises, with studies showing that even short sessions can help lower stress levels and improve mental clarity.
