McCabes Pharmacy Expands into County Galway with Acquisition of Kinvara Pharmacy
McCabes Pharmacy, Ireland’s largest patient‑centred pharmacy group, has announced the acquisition of Kinvara Pharmacy, Co. Galway. As part of their continued growth and acquisition strategy, this expansion marks McCabes Pharmacy’s first establishment in County Galway and brings the company’s national pharmacy network to 111 locations across Ireland.
Kinvara Pharmacy has operated as an independent, family‑owned pharmacy since 1990, led by Superintendent Pharmacist Sinead Dempsey, serving the community of Kinvara and surrounding areas.
Over the coming months, the pharmacy will be rebranded as McCabes Pharmacy. Importantly, patients can be assured that the familiar team will continue to provide the same high‑quality pharmacy services, professional advice, and trusted personalised healthcare support that the Kinvara community has relied on for more than three decades.
