Recognising People Awards 2025: Honouring ourpeople in Style
At PHX Ireland, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are a vibrant, energetic community driven by teammates who go above and beyond to support our customers, patients, and one another. On Thursday, 11 September 2025, we came together in the beautiful surroundings of the Mansion House, Dublin, to celebrate exactly that at our Recognising People Awards 2025.
This annual programme is a cornerstone of our culture, shining a spotlight on the outstanding contributions, dedication, and values of our teammates across the PHX Ireland network, which includes McCabes Pharmacy, United Drug, TCP Homecare, and PHX Ireland.
The awards are based on our core values, Customer Focused, Quality Driven, Collaborative, Ambitious, and Innovative, and are designed to honour those who embody these principles every day. With over 550 nominations submitted across our teams, and 90 finalists chosen across nine categories, this year’s celebration was a true reflection of the pride and passion that exists across PHX Ireland.
The awards ceremony was brilliantly hosted by the ever-entertaining Darren Kennedy, setting the perfect tone for the evening. Awards were presented by members of our Senior Leadership Team, who expressed genuine admiration and pride as they celebrated the achievements of our teammates. We were also treated to inspiring opening and closing addresses from our CEO, Paul Reilly, framing the night with words of encouragement and appreciation.
Following the ceremony, the celebrations continued with Smash Hits who kept the dance floor packed and the energy high well into the night, making it truly an evening to remember.
