PHX Ireland Launches Inclusion Employee Resource Group

PHX Ireland was delighted to host the first meeting of its Inclusion Employee Resource Group (ERG) at Magna Park this week.

The newly formed group brings together colleagues from across the organisation who are passionate about supporting diversity, equity and inclusion and helping to foster an inclusive culture throughout PHX Ireland.

The Inclusion ERG will play an important role in supporting ongoing DEI priorities, encouraging collaboration, promoting awareness and helping to create a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered to be themselves.

We would like to thank all colleagues who have joined the ERG and contributed to the launch of this important initiative. We look forward to sharing more updates as the group’s work continues.
