Celebrating ourpeople – Recognising People Awards 2025 Finalists
At PHX Ireland, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re a vibrant, energetic community driven by teammates who go above and beyond to support our customers, patients, and one another. The Recognising People Awards 2025 are our way of celebrating those efforts and honouring the individuals and teams who help bring our mission to life every day.
This annual programme is designed to celebrate the outstanding contributions, dedication, and values of our teammates across the entire PHX Ireland network, which includes McCabes Pharmacy, United Drug, TCP Homecare, and PHX Ireland.
This year’s awards are particularly special, we welcomed McCabes Pharmacy into the PHX Ireland family, and we introduced a brand-new category: Manager of the Year. With over 550 nominations submitted across our teams, the response was incredible and highlights just how passionate our teammates are about recognising and celebrating one another.
Each business unit carefully reviewed their nominations and selected a total of 90 finalists across nine award categories. The number of finalists in each category is proportionate to the size of the business unit:
- McCabes Pharmacy: 5 finalists per category
- United Drug: 3 finalists per category
- TCP & PHX: 1 finalist per category
What Happens Next?
Over the coming weeks, we’ll be revealing the finalists in each award category, so stay tuned to our socials as we spotlight the inspiring individuals and teams who help make PHX Ireland such a great place to work and grow.
The final winners will be selected by the PHX Ireland Senior Leadership Team and announced at our Recognition Event in the Mansion House, Dublin, on Thursday, 11 September 2025.
