Female Centric Mentorship Programme

In 2023 we launched our Female Centric Mentorship Program. The goal of this initiative is to empower women by offering the necessary support and guidance to assist them in achieving success in their careers.

The program links women with experienced mentors within the organisation, offering assistance in navigating their professional paths and reaching their career goals. Equipped with a diverse range of knowledge and skillsets, our mentors will demonstrate valuable skills, help to build professional networks, and share tips on gaining confidence to be successful in their professional and personal lives.

Our People Leader, Hillary Collins, had the following to say about this exciting project, “This is one of the initiatives we are introducing in 2023 as part of our focus on Inclusion, Diversity and Equity. I believe that by investing in the growth and development of women, we can create a more equitable and inclusive workplace for all. I look forward to seeing the positive impact that this mentorship program will have on our participants and to creating a culture where everyone belongs and is empowered to succeed.”

In December 2023 we celebrated the first round of our Graduates from this program.
