PHX Ireland announce company values

After a lengthy period of interpretation and inspiration drawn from the mission statement of our parent company, PHOENIX group, our new company values have been released. 

PHX Ireland have recognised the importance of a strong, defining set of core values that accurately reflect what is at the heart of their motto, to deliver health. The values can be summarised as: remain customer focused, quality driven, embrace collaboration, foster a culture of ambitious thinking, welcome innovative ideas, and ensure inclusivity always.

Colleagues from across TCP Homecare, LloydsPharmacy Ireland, and United Drug came together both virtually and in person to enjoy the reveal via livestream. Paul Reilly, CEO PHX Ireland, and Hillary Collins, People & Culture Director PHX Ireland, described how these values will serve as a guide for the future journey of the business.

“Values are very important to an organisation and are massively important to my team and I. Values are what help set the culture within an organisation”, said Paul during his company address. “Having a strong set of values, help you refine your thought process and help you to make the right decision for the organisation. They’ll also help you understand what the organisation would want of you in certain circumstances”, he continued.

However, the journey does not end with the launch. Over the next weeks and months, the company have committed to visibly bringing these values to life. Through informative sessions, creating values packs, and, most significantly, by bringing the values to life and embodying them in every way possible.

The group are encouraged to embrace the new values wholeheartedly and actively reflect on them in times of doubt or uncertainty.
